PAYMENTS
We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, gift certificates, and cash. Sorry, checks of any kind are not accepted.

RESERVATION INFORMATION
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation of services. The client must call to cancel appointments. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATE INFORMATION
To purchase a gift certificate, please call 631-849-3293 or visit us at

125 Rte. 25-A, Rocky Point, NY 11778.

Gift certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be honored. Not redeemable for cash or gratuities.

OTHER NAIL & SPA INFORMATION
To ensure a serene environment for our spa, please silence your cell phones upon arrival. While you are at the spa, please be mindful of those around you enjoying their treatments.

 

GRATUITY
Our prices do not include gratuity. Gratuities generally range from

15%-25% of the price of the service.

Feel free to provide larger gratuities for exceptional service. We are grateful for your generosity and take pride in our work.

Guests should feel no obligation to offer a gratuity if they are unhappy with a service.

Please let us know if this is the case.

WHAT IF I HAVE HEALTH OR MEDICAL CONCERNS?
Please alert your technician if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are using retin-a, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

WHAT SHOULD I BE TELLING MY TECHNICIAN?

During your service, let your technician know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area/feature. The best services will come from honest communication with your technician.
